What levels of ESL do you teach?
I teach English to everyone, from complete beginners to advanced students, including business professionals in higher management/executive positions.
Does the price include the textbook/workbook?
No. Textbook/workbooks are a separate fee, but they are optional – not required.
Do I need a textbook?
No.
Can I reschedule a class?
Yes, you can reschedule a class. Please notify me via email that you want to reschedule. You must give 24 hours notice. For example, if we have class on Monday at 5pm, you need to notify me via email before 5pm on Sunday that you want to reschedule. If you do not notify me, then your class will be considered used.
What is your refund policy?
No refunds for lessons delivered. No refunds for partially delivered lessons. Lessons that have not been delivered can be refunded within a 30 day period if requested by the client.
When do lessons expire?
Lessons expire within 6 months from the start date of the first lesson. For example, if our first class starts on January 1st, the lesson package will expire on May 31st.
